2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 yngwie (10761) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - OCT 1, 2011
Bottle, 33cl. A clear, golden beer with a small, dense, white head. Rather buttery on the nose, fruity and lightly malty. The butterscotch isn’t as heavy in the flavor as in the aroma, but it’s sure present. Some bitterness. Quite fruity too. Medium body, rather dry, with pleasant carbonation. Well, definitely not my choice of pilsener, I’m hoping the unfiltered edition will be more interesting. 111001
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 heavy (1956) - Split, CROATIA - AUG 30, 2011
25/08 0.33 l bottle from from Coop store, Gradisca d’Isonzo. It poured lighter golden body with medium sized head. Malty flowery aroma, weaker notes of floral and grass hops. Weaker, slightly sourish flavor, a bit stale. Fine malt underneath, medium bodied, longer finish, stale but much less and shows some fine dry herbal hops that help a lot on this beer. Wondering if this is in bad shape, though it has a whole year to its BB date.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Marko (3614) - Split, CROATIA - AUG 25, 2011
0.33l bottle courtesy of heavy, thanks! Pale golden body, medium whize head. Grainy malty, dryish full nosr, brittle. The nice maltiness goes into the taste, bit creamy taste surrounded by a washed-out salty bitterish hopiness. Ok beer.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 OleR (4247) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 5, 2011
0.33 L bottle from Vinmonopolet, Vika. Big frothy white top. Clear, straw to pale gold colored body. Light sweet, light grainy malt aroma. Mild grassy hops, and a certain sourness is noticable. The same goes for the flavor. Sweetish grainy, light sourish and mild grassy hops. Less than medium full. Slick texture. Sharpish grainy endnotes. A decent, drinkable Pilsner, but their unfiltred is even better.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 gunnar (3593) - Sandnes, NORWAY - JUN 19, 2011
Bottle. Pours clear straw coloured with a moderate sized creamy white head. Faint malty aroma, taste is on the sweet side, not enough bitterness her to balance it off, not a beer to remember.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 eczematic (1304) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JUN 18, 2011
Nice looking beer with dense sticking head. fairly clean malt and hop flavours but not bitter enough. Also too much dms in aroma. grainy and grassy, like a b grade German pils. marginally preferable to nastro azzurro or Moretti etc but still basically a sweet pils, which sort of defeats the purpose of a pils in my book.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 larsga (5325) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 16, 2011
Big white head with some big bubbles. Yellow body with strong
carbonation. Strawy sugary aroma with floral bready notes.
Sweet-dryish grainy bready taste with floral strawy notes.
Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel, with some prickling from the
carbonation. Dryish mealy metallic strawy earthy aftertaste with
herbal notes. It’s actually quite nice and drinkable. No real
off tastes. (0.33l bottle, wine monopoly Vika, Oslo.)
