COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A quality Pilsner produced with selected Pilsner malt, Saaz hops and low fermented yeast following the traditional recipes. These genuine ingredients are chosen and blended rigorously respecting the Pilsner tradition. It has a pleasant scent of hops and a fresh flavour of barley malt. A refreshing drink which quenches your thirst and goes well with seafood.

(33 cl bottle from Coca @ Torvehallerne; BBD: October 20th 2012; L11304-1443) The cap had not been properly sealed on this bottle. It has sort of carved inwards with one of the nooks being squeezed between the glass rim and the superstructure of the cap. Beer pours a hazy and completely flat amber with neither head nor lace. Aroma is oxydised cardboard and malt. Absolutely no flavour except a little sweetness. Watery palate, thin body and a slightly sweet finish. One of the worst beers I ever tasted. Had to pour after two sips. Guess it would have been different if the cap had been intact but it wasn’t and they let it out of the brewery.

Bottle. Medium white airy head, quickly disappearing. Clear yellow colour. Generic industrial lager. Medium to fizzy carbonation, belchy. Taste is medium bitter, initially combined with some sweetness. Finish is mild bitter. Overall quite watery taste, with soapy notes. You can buy better in most supermarkets.

33cl bottle from el corte ingles, lisbon, portugal. Golden color. Thin to medium head. Medium carbonation. Low bitterness. Cereal and corn aroma. It’s not a good pilsener, it’s more like a good pale lager.

Bottle at home. Has a clear golden straw-yellow colour with a big frothy off-white head. Aromas of pale male, hay, sweet corn, citrus and some fruits and spices. I also find much of the same stuff in the flavour with more pale malt and sweet corn. Light and slick mouthfeel. Bitterness = light+. Just another unexciting light lager with a fair hop touch.

330 ml botte pours cloudy with white head that fades to patches. Lots of bubbles rising. Aroma is light and metallic. Taste is heavy on the tongue. Sweet, malty, banana, great balance. Extremely drinkable.

Buona pils davvero, sono rimasto impressionato, visto i voti poco lusinghieri! Poco aroma bella da vedere, bionda dorata, buona, cereali e un tocco di luppolo poca permaneza di sapore dopo la bevuta!

33cl bottle from Toscanaccio, Winchester. A big improvement over the Premium Lager, looking and smelling better as soon as the bottle is opened. Straw with a billowing white head; the aroma is of sweet honey and cereal - Sugar Puffs is a good reference point; full and zesty in the mouth with a sharply citrus bitterness over a grassy body; and a zingy finish. Definitely stands out from the average macro-brewed Pilsner.

Bottled, 0.33l. Clear pale straw color with small creamy white head and lively carbonation. Aroma of malt, grassy hops, citrus and a bit skunkiness. Started with sweet malt flavor, followed by sour fruity note, while mouthfeel is a bit plain. Medium hoppy and spicy aftertaste. Medium body, thin and crisp texture with average carbonation in palate. Nothing special...

Very pale coloured beer with a lively sparkle and a white head. Very pale malt aromas and a little hop character. Flavours of pils malt and a little sweet and has generous carbonation. There’s lemon juicy flavour that’s present in the short-medium finish. A good quencher and safe food match.
