COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Sucre candi. Bof...

75 cl bottle. Hazy yellow with a small white head, dusty sweet yeast aroma, sweet malt tasty, banana, it’s more Hefe.

Straw color, white head. Banana nose, sweet wheat, spicy, yeasty, hint of citrus. Sweet taste, fruity esters. Light to medium body, soft carbonation.

Shared a 75cl bottle. Pours a hazy pale colour with small white head. Aroma is yeast, citrus, wheat and lightly spicy. Average carbonation and light to medium body. Taste is balanced, light but with some notes of banana and lemon. Overall, a refreshing wit but not remarkable.

Bottle cl.
Pale and clear, small white head. Some yeast, citrus, grass and wheat to a shy nose. A bit thin, and rather fizzy to the mouth. Taste matches nose, with some butter added. Really refreshing, but nothing particularly special.

I like this wit, and i like wit in general. Very nice color, orange, and cloudy (like a wit should be). Pleasant taste, citrus. It’s a wit, not a weizen.

33cl 5,1abv bottle, Systembolaget Luleå. Dense off-white foam. Makes a thin layer on the semi-hazy yellow body. Scents of sweet wheat malts, some spices, some hay. Tastes very well, somewhat spicy, hints of bananas, some notes of lemon. Nice mouthfeel, alcohol well hidden, and short ending with dried wheat, cream, wheat. A good beer.

Quite nice wit beer. Acidic and refreshing, and nicely looking, but a bit boring when the first 3-4 tastes are done. Pretty nice - nothing more.

50cl bottle. Color is light gold with medium head. Body is soft. Aroma is wheat and citrus. This is more like a belgian wit than a hefeweizen...

Definitely better than the pilsner. Easy to drink white, palate like a weihenstephaner, still a little heavy on the yeast,
