Poco luppolata, molto frizzante e piacevole. 12.5°

Hazy golden and a white head that dissapeared - some wheat notes in the aroma - taste is of some wheat, and something else is there as well - nothing special

Bottle from Vinmonopolet. Pours hazy golden wit a huge snow white head. Aroma of coriander and wheat. Taste is too sweet to be memorable, with an aftertaste of honey. Watery mouthfeel. More like an anonymous and weak soda in my book.

Consumed this one on August 7, 2011 after picking it up at the Vinmonopol, Bergen, Valkendorfsgaten. What a disappointment, especially since it ended as a drain pour. It was devoid of any head and – aside from a hint of coriander and lemon – the nose was rather weak. The taste was acidic – almost like drinking lemon juice and left me wondering whether or not it was contaminated.

Medium white shiny head makes a fizzing sound. Hazy yellow body with carbonation so intense it’s almost like boiling. Herbal mealy wheaty aroma. Sweet-acidic lemony mealy taste. Fizzy mouthfeel. Undrinkable, due to infection. (0.75l bottle, wine monopoly Vika, Oslo.)

02.07.2011. 0,75l Bottle. Vinmonopolet Bergen - Valkendorfsgaten. Yellow colour with white head. Aroma is wheaty with both sourness and sweetness. Rather sweet beer with notes of bananas and some soft lemon. This is the kind of beer I like!

Una wit passabile, bevuta più volte al Gradisca Cafè e in altri locali genovesi. ma perchè la fanno a Treviso?

0.33 L bottle from Vinmonopolet, Vika. Straw-yellow with a milky shade. Thin, fully diminishing white head. Sweet-scented. Wheaty, with lemonade and some soapy herbal notes. Taste is mellow and indinstinct fruity, fairly sweet with notes of coriander. No hops involved. Light in the mouth. Short, sappy fruit ending. Boring all over.

750ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Vika. Unclear, yellow-straw body. Fast diminishing, airy white head. Aroma of sweet wheat. Spiced banana sweetness in flavour with coriander and citric notes. Dry wheat-like ending. Ordinary (hotel room, Oslo 09.06.2011).

Stylish 750 ml bottle, shared with Tom at Øl & Mat-festivalen, Oslo. ABV 5.1%. Cloudy golden colour, moderate white head. Typical witbier aroma and flavour, notes of coriander and orange peel, hardly any noticeable hops. A hint of diacetyl is not what I want in a witbier. Drinkable, but lacks "bite". Boring.

0.75l bottle. Pours a hazy orange yellowish body with a quickly fading little off-white head. Aroma is hay, citrus-sour, some coriander, a little pepper and some yeast. Has a fizzing little body with a nice and slightly oily mouthfeeling. Mild flavors of hay, citrus, little banana also in there and some mild coriander. Has a really nice finish - spicy and sweet - quite hard to describe but I really like it. It’s almost like saaz mixed with vanilla. Then it fades in a light watery aftertaste. Not a bad wit at all. Starting to like these Theresianer brews!
