BeerViking (2084) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 17, 2011
Draught at the brewhouse. Cloudy orange with light yeast, orange juice and malt aromas. The palate is gently hoppy with orange flower notes, it’s a nice enough weisse but a bit too sweet.

Just an average weissbier. It really lacked any outstanding characteristics, it was kind of mineral-watery.

Annehmbar. Test vom 11.4.2007, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 10,8,7,7,-,7 - 7,47

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a huge white and creamy head. Aroma is dry estery and fruity. Fruity flavorued, estery and wheaty. Rather dry and with a light bitterness mixing in with the bubbelgum notes. Dry finish.

nate2g (1548) - Boomtown! / Waikato, NEW ZEALAND - APR 13, 2010
Draught at Theresienbräu, Innsbruck. Murky golden with frothy white head that diminished. Mild notes of banana and bubblegum. The flavour is wheaty, citrus and yeast. Feels very thin on the palate. Weak finish that fades quickly. Not a good weizen.

KyotoLefty (5895) - Kyoto, JAPAN - MAR 23, 2010
Draught at the Brewpub. The weiss has a very crisp and pungent aroma, very much on the sour side. The flavor is quite sour, very fruity, and very crisp. A lot of yeast taste, but it’s very fruity and easy to drink. It’s refreshing. Nice but not so special.

Comments: A balanced example, not too sweet and fairly yeasty. Its carbonation could be a bit crispier, like their Stammbrau, but it is a standard, well-made hefe.
