Commercial Description:
An American style wheat beer which combines malted barley with wheat malt. This gold colored beer is very light and refreshing. A great introduction to craft-brewed beer.

gold with a thin white head. Grainy dough in the nose. Malt, dough, citrus, pepper, and honey flavor. Slightly bitter, kind of watery.

On tap at the brewpub. This is not retired. Simply the brewpub changed its name. Same brewer, same beer, same recipe. Pours pale yellow with a whispy thin white head. Slight diacetyl aroma with an odd off-flavor fruity mistake flavor. Little to no hop bitterness.

Draught at the brewpub. Attractive looking beer...cloudy and yellow with a thick white head that left some lace on the glass. Dry grainy aroma and flavor with a touch of bread dough and citrus. Decent American wheat.

On tap at the brewpub. The body was a very hazy yellow with a white head. The aroma was lemons with some sweet cake donuts. There was also a smell of bathroom cleaner. The taste had some woody dry soap. There was also some strange lemon zest. A bad wheat.

From Festival of Iowa Beer, gold with thin head, light and wheaty, a little sweet malt.
