This was a true disappointment. The description says it is only brewed with pumpkin spice and to see if you can taste the difference. Well, the difference is obvious because the beer has hardly any flavor. The aroma is almost non-existent. Don’t waste your money on this one.

Can you believe it?! a brewery produced a pumpkin ale, and it is no different than other pumkin ales, cant believe it.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a good looking light brown. Aroma is very light pumpkin spices. Taste is similar, with a good malt combination, but just nothing in the way of pumpkin vibe. The name and description make you come to expect a lot more of a pumpkin punch in the face, making for a bit of a letdown overall.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
The beer pours a light orange color with a rocky off white head. Aroma is slight vegetable with hints of clove, nutmeg, and other pumpkin pie spices. The palate has that same vegetable soup flavor to it, however its more apparent what that flavor ACTUALLY is. It’s a big bunch of cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice along with a bit of pumpkin hitting you. That mixed with a nice bit of caramel malt actually makes this beer rather enjoyable once you get past the vegetable flavor. The body on this beer is medium light. Not top notch, but unoffensive and drinkable.

I liked this. Nice buttery pumpkin aromas and flavours. Reminded a bit of Southern Tier’s Pumpking...but not as good. Sampled at Happy Harrys beer and bacon festival.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle from Blue Max, had quite a light pumpkin spice like aroma and flavor. It was a very underwhelming pumpkin beer and a super light body.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Light spiced. Some malt flavor but for a pumpkin beer, it is missing the traditional pumpkin aroma and pumpkin pie flavor. Light brown color.

aroma is pumpkin pie filling. some biscuity malt under that.
Sweetish maltiness with a light pie spice in the flavour. Some light grassy hop in the finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Slightly darker golden color. White moderate head. Pumpkin hits the palate late and is subdued (compared to Pumking) but seems like the right amount for a more drinkable brew.
