COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a special beer style that is a satisfying refresher. The light body and pale color results from the quality malt recipe and our famous Cold Spring water. The brew is mild both in aroma and taste, but has its own unique signature. The hop impact is not excessive and compliments the pale malt flavor profile. This is an easily drinkable beer that can satisfy at a session with friends.

Bottle @ Brad’s house. Pours a touch hazy, yellow appearance with a white head. Sweet corn, pale grainy malty, sweet, almost candy like aroma. Tangy, chewy/creamy, lemon, corny flavor. Ok but in general, I just don’t like the style.

Pours a pale golden. Aroma is a lot of biscuity malt and the flavor is similar. Some hops and fruit notes mixed in. Not bad, definitely drinkable.

Somewhat hazy yellow color. Sweet grain aroma. Similar taste, like a pale lager. Pedestrian.

12oz bottle picked up in Duluth. Hazy light yellow-tan color. Lively carbonation bubbles rising. Thinnish, creamy white head. I have developed a certain appreciation for this style, and find this to be a pretty enjoyable example. Delicate light to medium body. Creamy, yeast and corn flavors merge. The hops are nice, but are probably more representative of new-school example. Solid offering if you can dig it.

Bottle. Pours pale gold color with a sudsy white head that slowly fades to a soapy film. Aroma has plenty of malt and some slight spice notes. Taste has a slight lemon not along with some spice and malt. Palate is thin and chalky with a dry finish.

Pours slightly on the pale side of golden with a white head. Mildly skunky aroma with sweet pale malts. Basic biscuity flavor with a little bit of a fruity tone and a slight suggestion of hops. Not that bad, really.

I call this beer a Lager +. Personally, I think "cream ale" is almost misleading. I think of irish cream ales, and this is a classic lager kicked up a notch! Great summer beer for hot days. Very refreshing. Probably not the best fall/winter beer as it lacks depth and complexity. Stock the fridge with this from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Good beer and easy to drink. Refreshing taste with good flavor. Not overly hoppy.

Was turned onto this beer from the staff at Hops and Vines in Shakopee. It is an upgraded alterative to Spotted Cow. Since you can only buy Spotted cow in WI. Very sessional beer, smooth with slight tartness. can easly drink several of these beers on a hot day.
