This is a special beer style that is a satisfying refresher. The light body and pale color results from the quality malt recipe and our famous Cold Spring water. The brew is mild both in aroma and taste, but has its own unique signature. The hop impact is not excessive and compliments the pale malt flavor profile. This is an easily drinkable beer that can satisfy at a session with friends.

12 oz. bottle pours a hazy light golden color with small white head and little lacing. Aroma is bready with grains, grass, and slight floral hops. Taste is slighly sweet at first with a bitter and slightly metallic finish. Easily drinkable. Body is light with average carbonation and a crisp mouthfeel. A good session beer, but not a great one.

The cream flavors need to be more present here. A bit of a metallic taste that this brewery unfortunately tends to have.

Pours a nearly-orange yellow color. Clear with a bit of head. Aroma is subtle, but definitely smells like fresh bread. Semi-sweet taste, bready with a bit of citrus. Clean finish. Very nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a pale golden-yellow with large head. Aroma is quite grassy and floral. Flavor is primarily of malt and grain, a bit grassy, with very smooth finish and mouthfeel. Hops are quite muted in this. Refreshing and quite drinkable.

Hazy straw colored pour with medium white head. Aroma is almost grainy with some straw or grass notes. Taste follows the aroma, mostly bready malt flavor with just a touch of lemony citrus hop.

Pale golden color, big white billowy head. Smells of straw, corn, and wheat. Taste follows the scent pretty closley, with a hint of floral hops. Low ABV and makes for an easy drinking beer, that leans towards a beer for a warm summer day. Overall, not bad! But doesnít wow me.

Wet Yellow with a mildly hazy appearance. The flavor reminds me alot of New Glarus Spotted Cow with Corn, Yeasts, Barley and Malts. Palate is light, smooth and mild carbonated so itís pretty easy to drink. It isnít as sweet as Spotted Cow but itís the closest thing Minnesota has to it as of right now. This is my first beer from Third Street Brewhouse, so Iím eager to try out more offerings from them in the future.
