Three Way is a sessionable pale ale with a deep golden hue and a flavor characterized by floral and citrus-like hops. The selection of three traditional and unique hops combined with three select malts creates a pleasing and balanced beer; described best by having a medium maltiness, a tropic hop character and a moderate fruitiness with hints of grapefruit, pear and a subtle spiciness. The result is a beer that is sure to be desired by many anytime, anywhere.

Nice hop to malt balance for an APA. Get citrus hops and caramel malts. Good beer to have with my diner. Another solid Minnesota Pale Ale.

12oz bottle shared by Anndiesel. A very pleasant Pale Ale, my kind of beer. Medium bodied, clean, balanced. While it has a mild, straw-grapefruit rind hoppiness, it also has a creamy, smooth mouthfeel...leans right back into the malt..some nice citrus in the aftertaste. Solid beer.

Dark Hazy Orange with a semi foamy head, high carbonation and good lacing. Lemon, yeasty, and floral/piney aroma. Flavors of barley, yeasts, floral & citrus hops and pale malts. Moderate body and high carbonation; Fairly crisp. Pretty good for a sessionable ale!

Had in a can at a St. Cloud ROX softball game. Nice aroma out of the can, nice and easy drinking pale ale. Decent lingering palate - for me it was the best beer available. Nice beer to have a boat.

Nice aroma; pleasant taste. Hops bite a little higher than IBU would indicate. I’ll buy it again.

Pours a slightly hazy orange with white head. Floral hop notes, citrus, and malt on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with a decent amount of bready malt. A little much on the finish for my taste, but not bad.

Cloudy, nearly opaque golden yellow colour. No head. Lovely citrus, malt, caramel, and hops aroma. Medium bodied and creamy. Initially quite malty and citrusy with some sweet caramel/toffee notes as well, but finishes with grass, hops, and bitterness. Intensity of hops certainly seems to suit an IPA rather than PA style, but I’m certainly not complaining. Probably my favourite offering from Third Street thus far.

Bottle from Firings. Pours a nice clear copper with a little white head. Aroma and flavor are weakish but bitter hops. Nice flavor, one of their better offerings.

Pours a hazy golden yellow, two finger white head. Pine aroma with light citrus. Orange and pine sweetness, moderate carbonation and body, dough and light vanilla. Moderate bitterness that is balanced throughout.

Gift 12 oz. bottle from neighbor’s last Minn. trip stash. Poured to a Czech-pils glass with a hazed, orangy gold color, a decent amount of soft white head foam that gradually reduced to a ring & film, and clingy, wavy spray to the lacing. The aroma started with some sweetness, then a little tropical fruit, orange, ruby grapefruit, and a touch of resin on the back. The flavor presented a substantial hop bitterness that was earthy, dry, rind-like, and lingering, medium malt, and lively carbonation, all in a medium body. Dry finishing and a pretty drinkable Pale.
