Boa espuma branca, volumosa e consistente. Excelente amargor. Cor dourado escuro, turvo. Bem carbonatada. Aroma cítrico.

Bottle 33cl. A lightly cloudy yellow beer. Smell is heavy on hops and grass. Aroma is nice and round good body good malty presence. Hops is there with bitter and round notes, not too lemony, very nice typical UK hops. A nice try, near to UK IPA style.

Opened a bottle sitting in a forest in the south of France. Thick fat gusher, sprayed all over the floor. Luckily I have a 75cl bottle, so there is still plenty left. Poured into my glass with a huge everlasting head, took a while until I was able to reach the brew underneath. But it was well worth the wait, aroma full of Belgian-style hops with citrus and some floral notes, flavor bitter hoppy and slightly sour. Huge amounts of extremely lively carbonation, but I knew that already. Quite a full body and strong flavor for only 5,5%. The best French brew I’ve had so far.

Cloudy greenish yellow with a big head. Aroma is very saison-like with lemons and light caramel. Pledge. Flavor is very hot, black pepper and chicken kiev. Very fizzy palate. Bottle from Mmmckay at the PreLabor Day Beer Tasting.

Pours a cloudy pale straw with fizzy carbonation and foamy white head. Aroma of hay, fresh cut grass, and fermenting lemons- funky for sho. Soft texture with a fine spritzy carbonation, webby lacing. Flavor of pale wheat malts countered by a herbal and spicy bitterness. Grassy and yeasty finish with some hints of white pepper. Not bad. Sort of like a light bodied hoppy Saison.

Pours a hazy golden with ample white head. Aroma of funky yeast, some hops, spice, a trace of apple. Similar taste, very mild with a nice dry hop finish. Lots of carbonation. The French are assholes, but I can dig this.

Bottle explodes in my hands upon opening. Absolutely gushes foam and fizz. Very cloudy and orange in color. Smells peppery, spicy, and green. Smells of crisp and freshly cut vegetables. Belgian style without a doubt. Vegetal flavor as well, but I don’t mind. This beer is unique and different which makes it worth trying. Not sessionable at all though.

Gusher when opened. Pillowy, white head with a hazy, golden body. Lemon, grass, toffee, some earth, anise. Flavor is much the same. Bitter, almost numbing. Interesting and enjoyable.

Pours a medium golden yellowish color. Aromas of fruit, yeast and some pepper. Flavors are sour, yeasty, and a touch of sweetness at the finish.
