COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Hazy gold. Interesting aroma. Hops, over-ripe fruit, a hint of barnyard. Lovely hoppy flavour, full mouth feel. Flovers, dust, dirt, herbs. A little yeast, but not much. Bitter finish, cutting through the complex flavours. Oranges, cheese, leather. But none of these elements are kicking you in the face, they are subtle and blend well into each other.

Bottle from France. Pours orange with lots of bubbles that settles after a wile, light head. Very belgian aroma of yeast, fruit and hops. Tastes of yeast and a pilsner like bitterness. Quite big body for the style.

Bottle. Ap: Orange. small wite head. Lots of bubbles. Ar: Belgian yeast fruitiness. Hops. Small spiciness. Fla: See aroma + Easy to drink and refreshing. With the hops it’s almost like a pilsener. Small bitterness. Ov: The mix of belgian influence and the hops reminds me of an belgian IPA.

Bottled @ Olfestival 09 pre-tasting. The beer has a full aroma with yeast and much fruity hops. Hazy, yellow coloured beer with a perfect, creamy, white head. The taste is quite bitter, has fruits (green apples, some citrus). Bit dry and a lingering bitterness in the finish. Really good French beer.
