Initialement nommée "les Frères de la Bière", elle est le fruit d’un partenariat avec un brasseur anglais, John Davidson de la Swale Brewery, dans le cadre d’un projet Interreg.

Blonde, légère en alcool, un houblon aromatique du Kent, utilisé très généreusement lui confère son caractère unique.. "Dès l’attaque, l’amertume est là, puissante, enrobante,bien associée au malt. Structure moelleuse, bien maltée et sans lourdeur. Du houblon à l’état nature envahit le palais. On tap at Moeder Lambic. Pours a golden color with a light haze. Lofty thick off-white head. Smell is earthy, spicy, floral with some fruit sweetness. Taste follows smell with some biscuit and ends dry with just a bit of bitterness. Tight carbonation, light body...elegant. Great stuff!

Tap at Kerelshof, Cassel - thanks to Steve for sharing. Pours clear yellow with a fine,w hite foam head. Light grassy hops in the nose, some straw and mellow dough. Light to medium sweet flavor with moderate bitterness, some floral notes, doughy pale malts. Light bodied with average carbonation. Fairly well balanced to finish, nice hoppy, floral kick, restrained pale malt sweetness. Tasty.

Tap at the Kerelshoff II, thanks to Rilester for the split, 22/03/13. Lightly hazed golden blonde with a thin white head. Nose carries citrus, grass, herbal notes, touch of grapefruit. Taste comprises citurs, lemon, hops, grass, light spice. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry finish. A tidy enough Saison.

33cl bottle from Cotteridge Wines.Poured a hazy gold with a large white head which quickly dissapeared.Aroma of yeast and a little fruit and malt.Sweetish fruit taste with some hop character.Average easy drinking beer of its type.
