Bottle. Clear gold pour with small floatis, big lacy white head. Aroma is grassy, stale bready maltiness, wet hay. Taste is grainy, not very sweet, grassy bitterness, well hopped. The malt character is a bit blah, but the hoppiness is well done. Palate is dry, med body with light med carbonation. Could use more carbonation. Best beer so far on what is turning out to be a night of swill.

Lot. 397. Shared a 33cl bottle from Mi-Orge Mi-Houblon. Pours an almost clear golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma is very subtle with malts and floral hops. Average carbonation and light body. Taste is medium bitter and light sweet with a long bitter and dry finish. Overall, a good beer.

Bottle at home. Full golden colour, not quite clear. Heavy carbonation. Scent is of lemon, vinegar, honey and yeast, with noticeable sour funk. Taste is sweet at first, then very dry, with a bittersweet finish. Pleasant and refreshing if slightly odd.

(Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 25 Oct 2013) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with tropical fruit, grass, and grainy malt. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grassy hops, hay, grainy malt and a fresh hoppy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Well balanced and tasty saison. Nice one.

Golden in colour, pours with a thick pillowy head. Quite a hoppy aroma as described by the beer, but there is Saison character still there as well. Has moderately high bitterness and good fermentation flavour.

UPDATED: SEP 28, 2015 On tap @ La Capsule, Lille-FR. Color: pours blond beer with small carbonation and big white foam. Smell: good equilibrium of malt and hops as typical belgium ale. Taste: nice beer with equilibrium, malt and hops. Aftertaste: nice bitterness and wet bitterness. Really drinkable as "bière de soif".

It has a weird (not good) taste. Something strange is in the aftertaste. Would not recommend ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
