ivory white head that disappears quite quick, slight foam head and some lacing. straw-yellow orange colour. has a faint candylike vanilla smell right after opening but fades quickly, grass, malt, yeast and some sweetness. can’t pick up anything in the taste really, the only thing is a dry bitterness followed by a long bitter aftertaste. medium carbonation and a rather thin body. nope, this doesn’t do it for me. 33 cl / lot 360 / best before 10-2014

Bottle 33 cl, BBE 08/2013. Pours unclear pale golden in color with a foamy whitish head. Nice fruity citrus in aroma at first with some spices and herbal notes as well. A bit of grassy notes in taste, orange peel and cardamum spicyness in taste as well. Nice summerdrink for sure with a grassy bitter and sweet fruity ’n juicy lemon in aftertaste. Holy hops, this is tasty and refreshing.

Bottle from The Wine Cellars, Lutterworth. Lager gold with a Gillette-dense foam falling to a collar. Sweet, vanilla pod, strawberries and custard aroma with hints of AJ and cardamom. Soft, moussey and perfumed with a spicy, estery sweetness suggesting cinnamon sprinkled on bananas on toast, a countering herbal hop bite and subtle smoked almond note to finish. Light, complex, unexpectedly delicious stuff.

Nice IPA-saison style beer. Not so special but very nice for a hot summer day.

On tap at Moeder Lambic. Pours a golden color with a light haze. Lofty thick off-white head. Smell is earthy, spicy, floral with some fruit sweetness. Taste follows smell with some biscuit and ends dry with just a bit of bitterness. Tight carbonation, light body...elegant. Great stuff!

Hazy golden, froathy white head. Fruity, floreal aroma. Citrus, grassy, resin taste. Medium body, soft carbonation. Dry bitter long finish. So good!

Tap at Kerelshof, Cassel - thanks to Steve for sharing. Pours clear yellow with a fine,w hite foam head. Light grassy hops in the nose, some straw and mellow dough. Light to medium sweet flavor with moderate bitterness, some floral notes, doughy pale malts. Light bodied with average carbonation. Fairly well balanced to finish, nice hoppy, floral kick, restrained pale malt sweetness. Tasty.
