COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a hazy, pilsener golden with a gigantic and very lively head. Lightly perfumy nose - some coriander I believe. Medium body, lightly sweetish malty with fresh and lightly citrusy notes. Dry and hoppy finish. Quite fresh. 210906

Bottled (thanks sayravai, who left the bottoms up for me). Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is citric and a bit acidic yet still hoppyish bitterness. Flavour acidic lemon and very dry hopping. Mouthdrying hopbomb in finish. Not a favourite, but still quite interesting.

[Bottled] Hazy golden, very lively, enormous head. Estery strawberry aroma. Medium sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Some butter and spicy hops, intricate flowery finish with lingering powerful bitterness. A lovely, complex and very flavourful, yet light typical French ale.

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris
Blond color; too much carbonation, very lively, huge head, almost like whipped eggwhite, but with a very nice perlage. Nice aroma, dry, spicy (cloves), hops. Dry mouthfeel, light malt aroma, a bit floreal, with traces of yeast. Strong bitterness (just a bit harsh, maybe not the best hops). Refreshing.
