Bottle bought @ biere-revolution.com. Pours hazy pale yellow with a huge frothy and slightly fizzy white head that leaves some spotty lacing and trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny malty, tiny estery, tiny phenolic and tiny spicy with crackers, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, dried pine needles, lemon zest and hints of pineapple juice and star fruit. Taste is bitter, herbal, tiny fruity, slightly estery and tiny phenolic with crackers, freshly baked white bread, moist grass, dry soil, pine needles, orange zest, lemon zest, pepper corns, unripe banana, star fruit, minerals and hints of oatmeal cookies. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter and tiny spicy with crackers, moist grass, pine needles, dry soil, orange zest, minerals, star fruit and pepper corns. Crisp refreshing thrist-quenching saison! Love it!

330 ml bottle. #396. BB 03/2015. From saveur-biere.com.
Murky light brown colour with a small off-white head. Grainy malt, yeast and some spicy notes in the aroma. Yeasty bitterness, grassy hoppy bitterness, grainy malt and mild spices in the flavour. Quite balanced. Rather bitter.

33cl bottle. APPEARANCE: light clouded blond beer. Head goes away very fast and only some bubbles remain. NOSE: hoppy, little watery, somewhat dry and lytchee there. TASTE: bitter, some hops, dry aftertaste, mouth is full of taste when taking a sip, but goes away rather fast. Reminds me of a pilsener a bit because of the malts, but then in a good way. Very drinkable for it’s ABV!

Bottle from Bierkoning. Hazy gold pour with thin frothy white head. Aroma is grainy, quite grassy, tons of hops, very peppery. Taste is light, light bready malt, spicy yeasty flavor that lingers for a while. Palate is thin, well carbed. Very easy drinking, well made. I wouldn’t have guessed the ABV.
