3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled from de Molen. Hazy to cloudy (depending on how much yeast you pour) orange golden color, medium white frothy head. Aroma of bit earthy hops, slight grassy, grainy malt. Hint of spicyness. Slight bitter taste, some caramelly notes. Bit dry and touch of sourness.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
(750ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye) Yellow and highly carbonated with a billowing foam of head. Smells floral, yeasty, some lime, a bit of smelly feet. Taste is not as good. Has some spiciness- coriander and pepper, light malt. Bitterness is stronger than expected and kind of out of place.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tasted @ Bierfestival Oirschot ’11, poured tasting glass from bottle. Not very special this one. The term bio doesn’t mean much to me, i’d rather have a very nice tasting beer. This one is quite average. Bit dry touch to it. Living mouthfeel.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 9/20
20110602 Oirschot Beerfest (33 cl bottle): A cloudy yellow beer with a goo white head. The aroma is some malty and rose hip. Also some ethyl acetate. A malty and sweet taste with some hopbitterness in the aftertaste. To much CO2. The taste is more or less neutral, with some red fruit and rose hip. The balance of this sticky beer was not okay. BBE 02/2011.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
10th April 2009
Bottle from La Cave A Bulles. Hazy amber beer. Very soft malty beer with a hint of caraway plus some hoppy grapefruit bitterness. Not bad but seems to hang it’s hat on being a ’bio’ beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
750ml bottle (Alvinne Webshop, Belgium)
7 Lovely light refreshing floral aroma, slight fruitiness, apples.
4 Slightly hazu straw colour, huge rocky then persistent and self-supporting fluffy head. Initially poured both glasses as clear as possible, but added the non-chunky yeast to one glass later in order to compare.
7 Light grainy and slightly appley retronasals. Uplifting and refreshing. Lightly fruitiness to the body, white grape, but a lovely light bready graininess. With more yeast, it’s mellower, but not any less in flavour, it brings out the light breadiness.
4 Refreshing palate, lively carbonation. Finish mostly follows the taste, but has a lovely gentle noble hopping to it, a touch of white pepper that lasts for ages. With more yeast, the finish seems enhanced.
15 It’s rare to get such a non-big beer be so worthy. Everything you’d want in such a beer is there in sufficient quantities, and they all help to reinforce each other rather than fighting against each other. Super blond ale. Don’t pour the crap in, but don’t be afraid of the light yeast that doesn’t mind hanging in suspension.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled at Bishop’s Arms Gustav Adolfs Torg, Malmö. Hazy golden, rich firm head. Milky nose with some grass that transitions into dough. Fairly light bodied, yet with evident depth in the malt structure. Spicy grassy bitterness cuts through in the finish. Manages to combine rusticity and elegance in a typical north French way.
