Sample at ÖÖWF 2011. It poured a foggy yellow liquid with a white head. Fruity and yeasty smell. Lightly fruity and malty taste. Fresh and easy to drink.

Towering, huge, dense white head over (cold)hazed bright orange-yellow beer. Pear- and bananaesters, grassy, pale malts, maltings. More bitter taste, but with straw-like, biscuity maltbacking. Hops in the aftertaste, bit of caramel without sweetness. Human sweat warming up. Bit burning MF, medium bodied, good attenuation. Quite malty, nice beer. I’ll have to review my stance on biological beers, if this continues.

Bottled@SBWF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, mildly herbal with yeast and some quite farmyardy notes. Flavour is caramel, some earthyness, sweetness, fruits and mild floral notes. Pleasantly balanced and quite refreshing, but also a bit watery.

33 cl bottle via brekeriet (thanks to Nisse666!), sampled on March 10, 2012
BB 07/2012, Lot 261
Hazy yellow color, small white head. Sweet, spicy, herbal, candy scent. Mineral, sweet, alcohol taste. Fresh aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness.
Taste mellows out a bit when the yeast sediment is added.

25cl draft @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas.

Misty golden body with stable creamy white head. Looks good. Fruity yeast of apples and peach candy, light pale malts, white bread and some sweet hops. Moderate bitterness, dry ending with a creamy mouth feel to balance that. Bit of pepper in the middle makes this somewhat interesting. Well brewed, quality ingredients. Accessible taste with a light spicy twist and creamy mouth feel. Decent brew, not exactly my kind of thing. (33cl bottle from Au Nom De La Bière)

Papsoe (25083) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 30, 2009
Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a firm off-white and lacing head. Fruity nose with some yeast, skewed, odd and very French. Medium body, rather tart and fruity with a yeasty edge. Some bittering hops in the finish. Very "artisanal" - Bière de Garde. 301109

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, malt, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, citrus, and yeast, leading to a dry yeasty and citrusy finish.

Bottle @ YNWA, Kolding.
Hazy pale golden with a big, frothy, white head. Aroma has green apple, malts, estery. Highish carbonation, fine dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is dry, hoppy, light piney, malty sweet, estery and some fine green apple peel. Long, pleasant, lingering bitterness.
