3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Całkiem przyjemne biere de garde, dość pełne w smaku, przyprawy, nuty drożdżowe, miodowe, charakterystyczny posmak ice tea, słodkie. Schłodzone bardzo pijalne, ciepłe męczy bułę.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750 bottle of the 6%, fresh from Bottleworks.
Pours yellow with a rich white head into a tulip glass. Beautiful grassy barnyard aroma, a touch sour, a touch funky, a bit of pepper, orange zest. The flavors are much of what I love about saisons and very well integrated, honey and mowed grass and lemon and a nice metallic twinge on the close. It comes on a bit sweeter than expected, grainy, and while I I’m hard-pressed to complain too much about this delicious concoction, I would prefer a drier finish -- that would push this beer into the 4’s (as indeed it does with the Thiriez Extra)

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Got me an older 6.5% bottle apparently. Sweet, lightly spicy on the nose. Sweet and smooth, very light, some dryness and a good heat in the finish.

Sample at the HF saison fest, very plain and malty, just a strong malty beer, not for me really.

Quite dry, herbal and refreshing. Has that dried hay notes that I see in many french craft beers.
