Hazy golden color,good white head that has a long hangtime then fades slowly to leave a decent lace behind.The aroma was citrusy and hopping with a decent but not to strong malty side coming through.The taste was pleasant,good hop showing with a slightly sweet malt side that quickly changes to a bitter hop citrus middle and end.Fairly nice brew,still another spendy brew at $12/bot but the experience was worth i t.

Sep 7, 2008 A hazy blonde with an extra thick froathy white head. A pleasant aroma of wheat, wild herbs, dandelion, very nice. In mouth, a crisp saison, with wild grasses, a little sweet, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied. Tasted April 2007.

avant 09/2008 hazy yellow. Very living and sparkling.. Taste: citrus bit yeast spicy tickling hops pleasant bitterness in aftertaste. Not so easily drinkable

Aug 26, 2008 Bouteille de 330 ml obtenue via Importations Privées Bièropholie. Une partie du contenu de la bouteille est sortie à l’ouverture. Arôme: Odeur d’agrumes et d’épices. Apparence: La couleur est blonde voilée avec une forte densité de bulle. Présence d’un énorme col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de pamplemousse avec une pointe fruitée légèrement sûrette. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture minérale. Forte effervescence en bouche.
