Alc. 6.5%. Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus, flowers, light yeasty, coriander. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dry and hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100724]

A hazy dark yellow beer with a light brown head. The aroma is sweet with sharp spicy and citric notes. The flavor is sweet and very spicy.

75 cL bottle. Pours semi-explosive with a hazy orange colour, small yeast floating elements and a slowly collapsing white head. Orange fruit and yeasty aroma. Flavour is light malty with a solid orange fruity flavour. Light yeasty note in addition to this. Ends the same way to a citric lingering flaour. Nice and thirst quencing.

(Bottle 33 cl) More amber than blonde actually, hazy with lots of impurities. Small, dense head. Rather pronounced bitterness which I find unusual for it’s type. Spicy, aromatic - almost flowery. Quite refreshing. 250303

Bottled. Hazy pale yellowish golden colour, huge fluffy head. Aroma is sour apple along with spices. Flavour is spicy (bitingly spicy) along with some wheat and sweet grassyness. Big spicy finish.

Bottled. Apricot coloured with yeast floaters. Fruity, funky blue cheese aroma. Sweet, lightly ornagey and yeasty with sharp, bitter finish.

Draft @ Thiriez. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty slightly yeasty aroma with some hoppy hints. Fruity malty yeasty citrus flavor with some weak hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty yeasty finish.

Bottle @ Fanø Tasting, July 2010. Pours unclear yellow with a creamy white foam and lacings. Nose is yeast and hops. Lively champagne like carbonation. Spritzy. Fruity , grassy and hoppy flavor. Dry and crisp end. Good

Cloudy blond color. It has some sweet malty aroma, with a citrusy touch. As pouring it, it was dense (as much as possible for a low gravity Ale), and indeed the body is reasonable, with a good flavor of dry malt and light cereals. I wonder which hop they use (Golding? Hallertau?), but indeed it’s good, both for the quite strong bitterness and its aromatic contribution. A good one in the French beer landscape.

Bottle. A little watery flavour and mouthfeel. Good bitterness, though.
