Lot 335 12/2013. pale color with white head, hoppy aroma, quite a full taste for such a light beer. dry and hoppy finish. You can still taste the hops in your mouth after you swallow. Good beer !

A muky, dark yellow beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has strong sourness, fruitness, some chalk, personal. Taste has strong sourness, that’s dominating flavour, fruitness and herbs. The end is spicy, dry and sour. Low alcohol % cannot be noticed, medium bodied, strong carbonation. Interesting and sour saison. Personal and tasteful.

Golden hazy body with pink-brown reflections; fine bubbles; very fine foam. Aroma of agrums, honey, grass. Well hoppy, so bitterness is obvious from beginning to end; body is a bit light, rather watery. Remarkable owing to the very light alcohol degree. Should be successful in hot summers for whom who enjoys real beer...

Bottle produced on 30/12/2014, batch 465. Opened 1 year later. Pours a cloudy apricot, minimal head, sediment in the bottle. Nose is complex, tart fruit, lemon, pear and peach and Belgian yeasty and herbal notes. Taste is mild, fruity esters, refreshing, dry, bitter with a faint tart finish. Nice meal beer. Satisfying for such a low ABV beer.
