2013 - 05 - 01 330ml bottle. dark amber, almost brown colour. small tan head. nuts and coffee in aroma. bit bitter and light sweet in taste.

Bottle at the Kastelhof, Cassel, 22/03/13 - split with Leighton and Bruce. Dark amber in appearance with a thin beige head. Nose is dark malts, caramel, citrus, grass. Taste comprises caramel and toffee, light spice, citrus, grassy notes. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry finish. Average fayre. Les Whelmes !!!

Bottle from brewery, cherry brown pour, little head, light carbonation. Light cherry in nose and flavor. Cherry earthiness. Ok

Dobre farmerskie piwo francuskie. Słodowy aromat, trochę cierpkości w smaku. Ciut osadu w butelce. Niefiltrowane kompletnie zbalansowane i wytrawne piwo górnej fermentacji. Kolor Ciemno czerwony, bardzo ciemny z kremową pianką.

33cl bottle. Dark red with medium , ivory grey head. Nose : Yeast, tart, cooked fruits, cherries. Sip : good carbonation, creamy texture. Low to medium thick body. Sweet and fruity tart start. Spices and cooked fruits flavour. Nothing exciting in the finish. Mostly yeast. Waist of my precious beer belly space.

Bottle. Hazy amber brown color, small tan head. Aroma of raisins, dates, brown bread. Taste is dark fruits and sweet sour sauce.

on tap at la fine mousse, paris. hazy light brown-red tint with a decent light beige head. some caramel, nuts, spicy malts, some yeast and fruity, slightly lactic notes. average carbonation, light body, decent grassy-slightly resinous finish. ok.

Served in a beautiful glass. Dark amber body, glowing and a big fine stable head. Bit nutty, some caramel, resin hops, light base. Nice and accessible. Light bitterness, bit astringent maybe. Well made accessible beer, nice. (On tap at La Fine Mousse)

Postupně sem budu doplňopvat piva, co jsem vypil a zapsal si, chvilku to asi bude trvat a proto k těm dříve vypitým pivům nebudou žádné "dojmy" .

Bottled 330ml. -from La Cave à Bulles, Paris. Cloudy amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, light caramel nose. Light roasted malt, caramel and yeast with notes of hops and metal in the finish. All in all drinkable brew.
