Bottle at Mondial 2008
Appearance: dark amber with a tint of old copper. Tanned creamy , thick top.4-.
Nose Sour aroma , zesty fresh character, soft sweeter base.
Flavor/Palate : Strong sourness up front that somewhat was soften by fruity-malty backing. Sour cherry is neat, re setting and refreshing palate. Unusuall and great!

Bottled. Deep amber with rich, lively, fine firm head. Odd aroma - old hay, and... cow! It smells like cow! Roasty, caramel malt, sweet and light bodied. Yeasty and very lively. Discretely flavourful.

Bottle from Cave a Bulles, Paris. Hazy red, some sourness in the aroma. Not extreme in any way. Medium body, delicate sourness. Redcurrants cutting through the sweetness. Recommended.

Big foamy long lasting head. Orange coloured. Tiny particles floating. Aroma is dusty with alcohol, orange and spice. Flavour is dusty and spicy as well. A flavourful beer. Each sip has a new collection of spice and flavours.

Aroma of caramel and toffee malts, citrus and some yeast. Hazy, brown coloured with a lasting, initially huge, off-white head. Taste is sweet, a bit bitter, slightly dry. Caramel malts, citrus, yeast, some sugar. Combined with a good body makes this a very nice, enjoyable brew. Above expectations.

Bottle: Poured a clear light reddish color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma of lightly sour notes with some oak notes. Taste is also a light mix between some oak and some sourness with some light vinous notes. Body is average for the style with some good carbonation. This beer really reminded me of the Classic Rodenbach and would be perfect for a hot summer day.

(Bottle) Pours a cloudy amber brown body with a seriously aggressive tall beige head. Aroma of leather, wet hay, cow manure, and floral. Flavor of sour funkiness, melon, caramel malt, and toffee.

Bottle @ Mondial 2008. Aroma is a funky, sour/tart invitation, cloudy orange/red, with a small cream head further entices me. The flavour is sour/tart fruit, with some lovely candied malt, Light bodied, very dry, yet so refreshing. Lovely, unique example!
