750ml green bottle with a cap. Amber pour, hazy. Good foamy thick head at first pour, but dies down to a ring. Nose has slight farmhouse note, but moreso has a lemony citrus hop. Taste has brown bread like malts, touch of caramel. Finishes quite dry, hint of citrus hop that fades quickly. Lots of carboantion, and medium bodied, its dryness and carboantion akek it very drinkable and refreshing.

Pours dark orange with an off white head which dissipates quickly. Nose is subtle cherry vanilla with a little hop. Taste is sweet malt with vanilla and smooth Munich caramel. Lovely mouthfeel. No overpowering yeast, slightly bitter finish. Very enjoyable.

Pours pretty amber with orange highlights, slightly hazy from effervescence and yeast, compact off-white head. Nose is sour cherries, funk, clover, honey. The first sip, though, is maple, followed by walnuts, more funk, tart raspberries, leather, soil, more honey and a hint of hot spice. Nice refreshing finish, though the body is thinner than it could be. Like dropping in at a farmhouse in late afternoon before continuing on.

Idiosynkrasie (5026) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAY 22, 2015
330ml bottle. Cloudy, amber-ish red colour with average, frothy to macropore, diminishing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Malty and fruity aroma, notes of rose hip and hibiscus, a spicy touch of cinnamon and soy sauce. Taste is moderately sweet malty, some caramel, hints of rosehip, cautious cinnamon allusions. Spiced in wisely restrained mode.

Slightly hazy darnk amber with light amber tinge. Dense beige head, lasting. Aroma is malty and fruity(dark fruits), tart hints, caramel, cherry, woody tones. Taste is dark bread crust, dark caramel malts, dark roasted bitterness/tartness. Quite tasty! Light bitterness from the roasted malts in the aftertaste. Dry, medium carbonation.
