Bière blonde (5,6°) au froment donc claire et fraîche. Très agréable l’été, elle ressemble à une blanche mais c’est une blonde !

Golden, mostly clean body with a bubbly white head that quickly disappeared - a shame. Classic Belgian yeast, light bready malts, straightforward aroma. Mild apple hints and some classic hop. Taste starts quite refreshing, but also has sweet apple. A good hopping would make it a nice beer, but as it stands it’s a bit flat as well as one out of a million others.(33cl bottle from De Bierwinkel Leiden)

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of straw and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a dry.

Bottle with the name Les Quebecoises. Hazy yellow-orange in colour with a bubbly head. Has a fine drinkable body but without much flavour to it and its strength is not evident in its taste.

750ml bottle. Pours a hale golden orange with a medium, white head. The first whiff is strongly reminiscent of Belgian fruitiness: Apple and peach. The full aroma is much more muted unfortunately. The apple and peach are there, but a lot lighter. A bit of yeast and wheat is found too. Taste follows along the same lines; rather light. Peach, yeast, light sour wheat. Feels light in the mouth, just a tad above watery, not much carbonation.

Bottle 330ml as "Les Québeccoises" ABV 5.5 % (Saveur)
Slightly hazy golden color, small white head. Aroma is fruity (overriped mango, banana), yeasty spicey with light funkyness. Light to medium bodied, crisp. Fruity with banana, esters. Light spicey note in the finish. Clean and drinkable "wheat blond ale".

750ml bottle (One Pint Pub, Helsinki)
Messy wheaty aroma, hint of metallic tinned tomatoes. Wheetabixy taste, but quite weak. Watery palate, some crisp carbonation. Pale straw, clear or hazy, as you chose to pour. Slightly messy, watery minerally, bready taste. Nice whole flower hops, but they can’t save a messy beer. With a bit oof the crap added, it’s a bit breadier, and less messy, so do pour it cloudy.

(Bottle, 0.75 l, 20130913) The beer poured golden and almost clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had honey, spices and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, Belgian style yeast, spices and bitterness. Afteraste was fruity and bitter. A thin flavoured brew but flawless.
