Bière blonde (5,6°) au froment donc claire et fraîche. Très agréable l’été, elle ressemble à une blanche mais c’est une blonde !

Golden, mostly clean body with a bubbly white head that quickly disappeared - a shame. Classic Belgian yeast, light bready malts, straightforward aroma. Mild apple hints and some classic hop. Taste starts quite refreshing, but also has sweet apple. A good hopping would make it a nice beer, but as it stands it’s a bit flat as well as one out of a million others.(33cl bottle from De Bierwinkel Leiden)

330ml bottle bought @Johnny’s Off License (Rome). Pours cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of wheat, bread, some floral notes, light esters, sugary. Flavour is a bit unbalanced, medium sweet with a light bitter end. Light body, soft carbonation. Halfway between a blanche and a basic belgian ale.

Uit de fles geschonken. Troebel geel bier. Aroma van mout en gist. Smaak is lekker fris, beetje zoet, licht zurig, mout, citrus, honing. Lekker witbier/blond bier.

Cloudy orange with white foam of short duration. Aroma with notes of citrus, some banana, yeast and wheat strong presence. The taste is slightly sweet, fruity, honey cookies, yeast, some citrus and slightly spicy aftertaste. Feeling smooth and round mouth half-length. Very easy to drink.

Bottle, 33cL. Home. A clear golden orange beer with light yellow hues ; medium white head ; poor retention. Citrus, herbs, caramel, roast, light biscuit. Light to medium sweet, light dry bitter refreshing. Light to medium body, thin texture, average carbonation, short bittersweet finish. Overall, a pleasant refreshing herbal > fruity beer ; lack of depth.

Bouteille 33cl, lot#50, BB 02/2017.

Bottle at Supercoin. Les Quebecoises - Brasserie Theriez 5.5% as a Québécois in Paris when you see this on the menu you honestly have to order it. For a blonde beer it’s a fairly Amber red-orange. The nose is fruity, banana & graham. Soft round mouthfeel on a medium body. The taste is banana bread and graham honey biscuits. Tasty easy drinking stuff, yum.

Bottle, 33 cl. Refreshing, interesting finish, somewhat more’’ than a bière blonde.
