Bière blonde (5,6°) au froment donc claire et fraîche. Très agréable l’été, elle ressemble à une blanche mais c’est une blonde !

Golden, mostly clean body with a bubbly white head that quickly disappeared - a shame. Classic Belgian yeast, light bready malts, straightforward aroma. Mild apple hints and some classic hop. Taste starts quite refreshing, but also has sweet apple. A good hopping would make it a nice beer, but as it stands it’s a bit flat as well as one out of a million others.(33cl bottle from De Bierwinkel Leiden)

Bottle at Supercoin. Les Quebecoises - Brasserie Theriez 5.5% as a Québécois in Paris when you see this on the menu you honestly have to order it. For a blonde beer it’s a fairly Amber red-orange. The nose is fruity, banana & graham. Soft round mouthfeel on a medium body. The taste is banana bread and graham honey biscuits. Tasty easy drinking stuff, yum.

Bottle, 33 cl. Refreshing, interesting finish, somewhat more’’ than a bière blonde.

Cloudy orange with a white head with short duration. Aroma has notes of citrus, yeast and wheat in a high presence. Flavor is slightly sweet, fruity notes, yeasty and light citrusy. Yeast and citrusy notes in the final.

Bottle 33cl, a cloudy copper orange beer with low head. Nose is on fruit, orange and quince, sweet like. Aroma is on agrume, orange, light lemon, light berries notes, smooth, medium malty, old apple touch, finish on yeast.

Hazy, lively yellow beer with a thick frothy head. Aroma is yeasty citrus. Flavour is floral, fruity. Sourdough as well. There’s a spiciness to it I can’t quite place as well. Cinnamon, perhaps. Leaves a crisp, slightly sour aftertaste.

330ml bottle from Saveur-Biere.fr. Pours clear gold with then white head. A bit plain tasting with a herbal grassy character. Not the best Thiriez out there.

Bottle 33cl. Small gelly white layer. Medium gelly body. Hazy green hay color. Good carbonation. Aroma is yeast, fruit, hay, orange peel, herbs. Taste is light sweet, dry and fruity. Not so much power.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours near-clear gold, coupla floaters. Thin white head, but wuite high carbonation keeps it there. Very bready aromas, light Belgian yeast and coriander seed notes. Taste is more bread and cereal, light sweetness, light yeast. Long finish.
