Oct 3, 2007 $6 pint on tap at the brewpub. Lightly spicy, grassy, hopped aroma with some underlying mustiness. A little fruity with a touch of apple acetaldehyde is also appreciated. Mildly hazy dark amber body with a small, off-white head and some kick ass lacing. Prickly, carbonated bubbles hit the tongue to start. Becomes a bit chewy, malty, with some roastiness in the middle. Lightly hopped finish with some dry, earthy, spicy hops. Pretty tasty stuff.

Sep 16, 2007 Deep orange/red with pillowy head. Apricot hops aroma, general saccharine malt character. More apricot/peachy hops prevail through the flavor along with soft, biscuity malt, dark caramel. Gentle, mildly carbonated finish, rather thick.

Sep 10, 2007 Draft. Chestnut color with a light beige head. Malty, slight citrus/spice hop aroma. Caramel and darker malt flavor with backing hops (mostly citrus/spice). medium body. Just a bit muddled.
