COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A pilsner style beer. First wort hopping, pale and Munich malts make this smooth, lightly hopped beer tasty and easy to imbibe.

On tap, at the brewpub. Medium yellow, big bubbly white head. Very mild aroma, where I might be able to sniff a few faint pils type hops. Good hop characteristic however is taste - nice pils like taste. Light malt, light mouthfeel all come together - a good pils. Just put some aroma in to boost the rating!

Clear straw body with white head. Aroma is medium sweet, citrus, bread, herbal. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit/lemon, herbal, lager yeast. Decent bitterness. Light body with nice crispness.

On tap at the brewpub in downtown San Francisco. Light golden por, thin white head. Bit of a fresh lake water aroma to it. Clean, crisp flavor, some sweet honey accents with a back end of olive oil. Slightly thin mouthfeel. Decent starter to the sampler.

Tap. Blonde ale with a clean grassy aroma. Clean german hops, very sharp. Good bodied, good balance of malts and german hops. Very clean overall. (June 2004).

AceOfHearts (1375) - Mountain View, California, USA - SEP 9, 2004
Tap. Pale yellow, lots of head for a pils. Smells a bit wheaty, not too bad. Too grainy of a flavor, a little MGDish but ya gotta pay the bills somehow, right? Malts make themselves known in the middle; this could use a little more hop type zing.

Tap. Light golden color. Crisp typical pilsner. Not bad for what it wants to be.

Great with Thirsty’s tapas. Lightly hopped only by West Coast standards. Gorgeous color. Their most drinkable beer.

Clean and fresh, very smooth and drinkable. Lightly hopped, and a fair malt nose. Great with those Seafood dishes.
