Tasted at the Triple Rock Sour and Barrel Aged Fest on 2/13/2011. This sour/wild ale pours a medium to light amber color. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, tart and sweet. A medium bodied sour/wild ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal. Good lively carbonation. Nice balance. Mild to medium tartness throughout. Tartness tends to linger. Milder flavors. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly tart.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden, small head. Nice cherry fruitiness, hints of marcipan in the nose. Yoghurt, sour fruit, marcipan flavours. A nice one.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a cream colored head. Tart/sour aroma. Tart/lemon flavor with earthiness and light malt. Medium bodied. Tartness lingers with lemon and green apple notes and a bit of earthiness.

Celebrator 23rd Anniversary party 2011. It pours golden with minimal head. The aroma is tart tropical fruit with a hint of diacetyl. The flavor is tart with lemons, oranges and hints of oak and caramel. Pretty nice sour from these guys. I would have this again if I see it.

Tap at the Triple Rock Sour & BA Fest. Pours clear dark orange amber with a slight beige head. Mild sour aroma. Med body. flavor is a slight sour. But there’s a touch of diacetyl. Nice reminder of a Belgian mild sour.

Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Sour fruit aroma and taste with green apple and caramel notes.
