Our wheat beer brewed in the belgian-wit tradition, including unmalted wheat and spiced with coriander and orange peel. Added complexity provided by our house belgian yeast blend after its characteristic high fermentation temperatures.

Was expecting this to be cloudy, but clear and crisp. White head laces the glass all the way to the bottom. Crisp and refreshing with a citrus aftertaste. A little higher in alcohol then I expected, but enjoyed it while waiting for my sandwich. If you like a white beer, a good choice.

On tap @ the brewery during San Francisco 7/7/14 beer tour. Pours a cloudy yellow appearance with a thin white head. Aroma is cilantro, green leaves, dull citrus. Dull carbonation. Periphery/green coriander flavor. Fairly sweet. Pass.

Draft Flight 3/23/05 (Brewery)-Pours a cloudy orangish yellow with a decent white head. Aroma of wheat, orange, and coriander. Taste of the same. This light bodied brew was not bad but a bit weak.

Good for people who don't like beer. Pours a nice cloudy yellow. Smells a bit like citrus. Taste is like orangina, with some orange peel and a nice finish. Had on tap at the brewery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sampler at ThirstBear, very much a Belgian white, fruity aroma, coriander balances the banana yeast. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with a small head. Aroma of wheat and grains with some weak floral notes. Flavour of wheat, yeast, strong grassy hops and strong orange notes. Medium bodied, thin mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Good bitterness.

Cloudy pale straw color with a white head. A strong spice aroma of clove and pepper. A light fruit note and some interesting tartness. Weird soapy note, too. The flavor is sour and soapy. A little bit of fruit, some wheat, and bread. A definite spice note, some grass, and a hint of yeast.

Yellow hazy pour, quickly diminished head. Aroma is malty, lemony, and a lot coriander. Flavor is moderately sweet, finish is lightly sweet. Too much coriander for me.

According to my bar tender, this was freshly transferred right before I sampled it so it was yellow orange in color but very, very cloudy. Maybe it is not fair to mark off for this but that is how they served it so that’s how I’ll rate it. This was at its own brewpub. There is a bit of citrus in the nose and more in the flavor w/ some grapefruit rind bitterness. There’s not a lot of yeast character (though there is a lot of yeast in it still) but nice and light and very drinkable w/ heavy orange notes.
