Dec 12, 2004 This beer has an orangey aroma and flavour, like a witbier, but has a very clean taste and some corn-like aftertaste, making it something between a belgian witbier and an american wheat. A very nice drink.

Jun 19, 2007 Draught at the brewery. Beer is murky light gold with a small, frothy, creamy, white, diminishing but mostly lasting head. The aroma is malty with a moderate note of toasted bread; Moderate note of lemon zest, light herbal/lavender note; Yeasty with a light note of dough; Moderate note of orange zest, light note of coriander. The flavor is lightly/moderately sweet, lightly acidic with a longish, lightly acidic, lightly bitter finish. The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is lively/fizzy. Engaging and hard to put down.
