COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A true classic English-Style Pale Ale. The copper colored, toasty malt flavors are true to form, and the Kent Goldings Hops bring out an earthy, herbal and floral flavor and aroma that balances it to perfection.

The pour is a orange hued almost clear poor with a very small ring of suds for a head. the aroma is all floral hops, with sweet malts.. The beer is deep with the sweet malts. the hops are a nice hlghlighting note. The beer finishes farily quick for such a deep malt.

Bottle given to me by Dogbrick. Clear amber pour with a medium off-white head. Malty nose with lots of English hop presence and a bit of diacetyl. Flavor starts with malt and potato, with some caramel sweetness before a dank, bitter finish.

Sample at Ale Wine & Spirits in Powell on 11/10/2011. Pours a clear straw color with a medium thin white head that diminishes to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops and biscuity malt along with some caramel. Light to medium body with flavors of bready malt, slightly herbal hops and a hint of sweet fruit. The finish is clean and malty. Decent overall.

Pours pale golden yellow with a touch of white head. Smell: grass, slight floral hoppyness. Taste: Spices, earth, lemon, it builds up almost to an IPA but then it mellows out to a nice easy drinking mild ale with a little hop bitterness. Mouthfeel medium light with a short dry finish.

Brilliant amber color with off white sheen. Subtle floral, pine aromas. Medium bodied. Easy drinking floral flavors with lightly sweet pale maltage--good.

amber pour, light head. Malt forward aroma, some bread, light toffee and gym socks. Flavor is lighter than the aroma, malty, light bready notes, finishes a bit bitter.
