COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We took our award winning Siberian Night Russian Imperial Stout and aged it for 11 months in fresh bourbon barrels. The result blew us away. The dark chocolate malt yields a milk chocolate flavor that blends perfectly with the vanilla flavor from the barrel. The bourbon aroma adds the finishing touch.

Draft. Poured black color with an average frothy light brown head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy roasted malt, chocolate, sweet bourbon, wood and small alcohol aroma. Medium to full body with a rich smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy roasted sweet chocolate flavor with a medium to heavy sweet smooth finish of moderate to long duration. Very good brew.

Bottle... Pours black with a small, creamy, khaki head. The aroma is a decadent fusing of vanilla and fudge. Full-bodied with lively carbonation. The flavor is roasted and chocolaty with a lightly boozy, warming finish. I didn’t pick up a lot of bourbon in this. Bottle courtesy of darkguardian!
