mdm46410 (545), Griffith, Indiana, USA Aug 17, 2008 On tap at the Winking Lizard downtown Cleveland and served in a tulip. This beer poured a dark amber with a thin head of off-white foam that quickly disappeared. Not much lace. The aroma of the beer was made up of orange peel, some caramel, spicy yeast esthers, and a whiff of alcohol. The flavor was much the same with some additional pepper and clove. Mainly lightly bitter orange peel and caramel. The mouthfeel was full-bodied and tongue coating. Light carbonation. A pretty nice tripel.
