Light cherries and cream with hints of ripe apricot and citrus hop in the nose lead into a palate of Michigan cherry and banana peel with a pop of citrus hop on the backside, and a banana peel finish.

Lots of cherry, and this works very well together. The florals, coriander, and cherry all come together with great balance. Finishes with light sweetness. Pours red with good head and lacing. Full palate, and something that brewers should do more of - this coming from a tripel purist. Cask at Rattle and Hum.

Taster from a cask at Dilly Deli. Mostly hazy, clear, golden amber orange color. Minimal bubbly off-white head. Couple dots of lace. Nice fruity nose. Some bigger fermented banana aroma, some tropical fruit. Light cherry influence in the nose, hint of sherry. Bigger body. Very light carbonation. Lightly dry in the finish. Moderate sweet taste. Light ester. Very light bitter. Very light alcohol heat. Moderate sweet taste, lightly spicy. Light hint of alcohol warmth. Nice light / moderate contribution of cherry in the aftertaste. Awesome, lightly tart fruity spin on this local tripel
