Pours a nice golden color with a white head. Aroma was filled with spices, cloves and banana with a nice yeasty character. Flavor was a bit subdued, but not watery just really drinkable and hid the alcohol very well. A great Tripel.

On tap at the Winking Lizard downtown Cleveland and served in a tulip. This beer poured a dark amber with a thin head of off-white foam that quickly disappeared. Not much lace. The aroma of the beer was made up of orange peel, some caramel, spicy yeast esthers, and a whiff of alcohol. The flavor was much the same with some additional pepper and clove. Mainly lightly bitter orange peel and caramel. The mouthfeel was full-bodied and tongue coating. Light carbonation. A pretty nice tripel.

Draft at Maxs taphouse. Tap list said 10% abv. This thing burned a bit on the way down. Aroma was sweet and spicy with a touch of yeast. Flavor was nice. had alot of spice and sweetness to it, but the alcohol bit on the end was a bit rough. over all this was a good offering

Sampled at Max’s Taphouse in Baltimore. Pours a transparent gold with a thin, cloudy white head. Aroma is malty, spicy and yeasty with some grass. Flavor is all spice, clove with candy, yeast and hay. Finish is chalky and thick. Solid tripel.
