Peppery and banana yeast, and lightly floral w/ a dry malt aroma. Light green apple & sulphury yeast as well, barely noticeable, but present. Gets more fruity as it warms with some candy sugar sweetness, rose, and white grape juice aromas. Lightly sulphury yeast flavor initially. A bit bitter in balance, but pleasant and dry. Fruity, banana, peppery yeast, with pear and green apple notes. Pils malt flavor also, and what seems to be a wheat malt flavor and tang/tartness. Low herbal hop flavor and a dry finish w/ some sugary sweetness up front. Bitterness into the finish and lingering aftertaste which is also herbal. Highly carbonated lightens the body, and smooth at first, dries out when swallowed. Well hidden alcohol for the most part is lighly warming. Great yeast character in this beer, and a really nice version of a Belgian classic from a local brewer.
