COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
American IPA bursting with citrus aromas and flavors. You’ll find evidence of tangerine, grapefruit, orange and mango in the aroma from the multiple additions of a single hop variety, Citra. There is also a nice malt balance in this bitter, full bodied, doglicious IPA that is a citrus lovers delight.

Draft at Moriartys. Clear dark gold pour with a soft off-white foam. Looks nice. Strong citra hop flavors - floral and citrus - but balanced with some earthier hop flavors. More rounded than the one hop citra brews I have had. Grapefruit pith. Lime zest. Tangelo pips. Sage. Juniper. Parsley. Dry but has some light malty caramel notes. Finishes a bit harsh, but is very well constructed.

Draft at Arnie’s in Akron, OH. American shaker glass. Golden color with thick white head. Good lacing. Well it smells like citra hops...floral and citrus. Little bread as well. The taste was citrus with orange and passion fruit. Slight bitterness. Good balance. Floral finish with crisp ending. I liked this one.

Pours deep golden, finger creamy white head, nice lacing. Aroma is dank citrus, tropical hops, slight bready, caramel malt. Taste slight bitter, ripe tropical fruit, grapefruit rind, bit of caramel sweetness. Mouthfeel is on the low end of medium body, lowish carbonation, slight bitter hop bite lingers. Overall good, easy drinking pleasant ipa.

12 ounce bottle from the source. Pours a translucent copper with a fluffy white head of foam with nice lacing and great retention. Aroma has notes of orange zest, grass, and spruce. Taste leads to a cotton candy sweetness with a piney bitterness coming through abruptly and staying through the finish. Dry from beginning to end.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange-amber color with a small white head on it. Nose is quite hoppy and bitter, with a fair amount of spicy herb elements to it. Taste is decently bitter and quite dry, yet smooth and satisfying on a hot day. I quite like it.

Draft. Pours a crystal clear golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma had citrus, grapefruit, toasted bread, dank hops and a hint of caramel. The flavor shows good hops and malt balance; citrus, grapefruit, toasted bread, grassy, caramel, and some dank hops. The different flavors fall off a bit and become more off a general bitterness.

Bottle. Pours a clean and sharp golden amber with one finger of white head. Nose shows some garlic/onion notes in the nose with sharp citrus rind notes and a touch of pine resin. Some toasty malt balance in there too. Sharp flavor with a bit of an astringent bite on the end.
