COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our hoppiest beer! The complex character of American hops and amber colored caramel malts make this beer very crisp and refreshing. Silver Medal winner at the G.A.B.F. 2001.

Poured from a bottle. Appearance is a dark gold, to copper with a beige head of foam, that lingers, for awhile and leaves a pleasant coat of lacing. Aromatics are floral and resinous. Crisp does well in describing the aroma. Tastes fairly bitter. This could definitely pass for a Pale Ale of some sort. The caramel malts make a subtle appearance post-swallow in the aftertaste. Velvety mouthfeel, just right density, and about as great a finish as I can imagine. This is a kick ass amber ale.

Poured from bottle. White fizzy head that disappeared quickly. Aroma was light citrus and just the smallest hint of pine. Palate was light, with a light to medium amount of hops. Overall not a bad bottle, think very light IPA or fuller bodied pale ale. No malt presence.

Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Clear amber brew with off white head. Aroma of citrus, pine, and a little caramel malt. Taste is moderate caramel at the start transitioning to citrus and pine hops, nicely complex and prominent. Ends with a long bitter finsish. More like an APA than an amber to me, but a fine brew that is very enjoyable.

Pours amber with tiny white head. Aroma is hops and caramel. Taste is piny hops with a rich caramel finish. It’s ok but nothing special.

The aroma is very hoppy with pine, grass, and citrus hops. The malts are sweet caramel and balance it out nicely. The appearance is light amber with a medium head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is smooth. Overall this amber is much more like a good ipa.

Kinda dumb. I guess it’s the style but just tastes like a stale ipa to me.

Bottle. Amber beer with a cream colored head. Grapefruit and pine aroma. Grapefruit and pine flavor. Medium bodied. Pine and grapefruit lingers with light malt.
