Pours a hazy gold with a white frothy head. Aroma of apples. Flavor follows, green apple, hay, sticky, not clean, do like the yeast note on the finish though, sweet. Again odd body, fluffy carb.

12 oz bottle.
Pours with a large creamy head.
Set aside your preconceptions of lagers as fizzy yellow brews with little character. This is a creamy brew with a refined aroma and taste. Sure, it is neither rich nor bold, but very pleasing nonetheless. It is above average in all respects, but the perfectly carbonated, lively but soft mouthfeel may be its strongest point.

musty, earthy aroma; a well-balanced lager; European hops on a semi-sweet malt base

Clean hay and grass with a touch of light fruit. Golden with a fizzy white cap. Balanced toward the malt end with just enough hops to counter. Light bodied with a refreshing crispness.

Appearance is a light amber with medium white head. Aroma is sweet malt. Taste is all malt and pretty weak. Overall I wasn’t that impressed.

Flavor: Toffee malt, somewhat sweet; floral hops; really mild bitterness; slightly fruity; dries off in the finish. Palate: Medium-bodied; soft and smooth. Overall: Just okay.

A decent lager although a little lighter on the hops than I would prefer. Overall a decent lager in German style.

Malty, thin, a bit earthy. Better than an American macro brew. Bready, then a lingering finish.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Golden color with a small fluffy white head. Light sweet corny nose. Lots of canned corn sweetness along with some white sugar and honey. This is a cloying beer, with a hint of cracker malts and some doughy yeast. Really not my favorite.
