Draft at the Thirsty Dog tasting room in Akron. Pour was light orange with a one finger head. Aroma of coriander, spices, and yeasts. Some floral notes as well. Taste was rather bland compared to the aroma. Yeasty and floral, but not very well balanced. Carbonation was popping. Mediocre.

Pours a lighter copper wiath no head. Tastes and smells like Graham crackers. The taste has a bit of berry sweetness as well. Medium bodied. Not bad.

Rare beer. Had this side by side next to monkey king, much better. Rather clear in teh glass, must be filtered. On tapat the bocktown. Barely any aroma but what is there is clean. In the taste I do immediately get some of that tart farmy feel in there but it is riding in the back seat. Some beldgy yeast in the background but never becomes totally out of the box. Finish is not bad. If 2 is my average, pretty good overall, at least when compared to monkey king.

Draft to taster. Abv is listed as 8.1%. Looks good; a hazy orange with fluffy white head. Smells and tastes solid; doughy, spicy, and yeasty. Average on the palate. Better than I expected.

Apricot colored pour, white head. Very fruity and yeasty, smells sweeter than I expected. Flavor has a lot of fruity esthers and yeast. Light spice. Not very dry. Average

Apricot flavors. This is actually pretty odd for thirsty dog. Tons of spice in there.

Sample at Acoustix Cafe in Akron. The beer is a hazy orange color with a thin white head that recedes to an outer ring quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of dank fruit, spice and malt. Medium body with flavors of ripe fruit, yeast and mild hops. The finish is citrusy and a little funky. Above average overall.

Sample at Broney’s as part of Ohio Brew Week. The beer is a hazy orange color with a medium thin white head that diminishes to an outer ring. Short stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma is funky and fruity. Light body with flavors of yeast, mildly sour fruit and earthy malt. The finish is tart and fruity with yeast lingering in the aftertaste. Decent overall.
