3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sample at the Ohio Craft Brew Fest on 09/13/2014: Slightly hazy pale golden color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Fruity aroma with herbal yeast and malt notes. Medium body with flavors of paw par fruit and floral yeast. The finish is fruity with a paw paw aftertaste. Better than most beers I have tried that utilize this particular fruit, above average overall.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Wine or beer? This one is really different. Smell and taste the fruit. No head on it. Kind of sweet. Ok for a wine/beer.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
This one poured a hazy yellow color with a white head. Aroma was of paw paw fruit, mild funky and lemon zest. Flavor was similar, overripened pairs and apples, light spice and yeast. Very intresting fruit saison.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured on draft at Casa Nueva in Athens. Pours a hazy gold with a white head of foam. The aroma has fruity, grassy, herbal qualities that showcase the Paw Paw acidity fairly well. Taste is somewhat bitter at first, but moves to a sweet earthy tartness towards the end. Dry finish. Pretty tasty stuff.
