This Classic English Style Pale Ale is sure to please. The copper colored, toast malt flavors are true to form and the English Kent Golding hops bring out an earthy, herbal and floral flavor and aroma that balances it to perfection. A very drinkable, balanced beer.

Sample at Thirsty Dog on 4/25/15. Clear amber pour with a thick off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, toast, toffee and earthy hops. Malty flavor with berry accents and caramel before a light, crisp finish.

On draft. Cooper color with white head. Biscuit taste that is light. Ends dry and bitter. Slight taste of alcohol. Decent beer. Not my favorite by them.

On tap during Ohio Brew Week. I didnít seem to take as detailed of notes on this one as I usually do. Mildly hazy amber color, white head. Minimal white lace. Light smooth carbonation. Nice dry texture. Light hoppy herbal flavors.. Decent.

Sample at the Big Tap In on 04/21/2012. The beer pours a clear orange color with a medium foamy off-white head that evaporates quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malt and hops. Light to medium body with flavors of hops, citrus and malt. The finish is hoppy with a zesty citrus aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sampled on draft at Dís in Monroeville this beer poured an orange-caramel color with a small foamy tan head that left good lacing. The aroma was faint tangy lemon. The flavor was tart and tangy with faint notes of lemon, orange and perfume. The finish was medium length and the body was light. Not assertive enough in any element. Eh.
