2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
This bottled brew from the brewery poured a large sized head of of unnoted size quickly diminishing clear bubbles that left behind an unnoted lacing. The body contained average carbonation, was hazy and yellow in color. Its aroma contained notes of mild bready malts. Its flavor contained smooth mild astringent wheat notes. Very disappointing.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Rated at TDBC. A disappointing German Hefe IMMHO. Poured a very, very small off-white head that quickly dissipated, no lacing, fine-large sized bubbles, uncarbonated, cloudy, and a straw yellow hue. Aroma was malty, some banana and spicy. The flavor was sweet, malty, banana and some spicyness. Watery, thin mouthfeel. Light body. A real disappointment for a rater who truly likes this beer style.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
I probably would not have bothered trying this beer if this T.D. location was not finally out of Siberian Night. Hazy dark yellowish-orange with a thin white head. Aroma is light wheat and citrus. Light-bodied with a slick yeasty flavor, along with a little citrus and hops. Finish is a little on the thin side, even for a Wheat. This would be a good brew as part of their 15 beer sampler but I would not get it again otherwise.

Yellow in color, slightly cloudy with little head. Yeasty aroma. Flavor of yeast and fruit. Good wheat beer, but missing something to make it more interesting.
