12oz bottle. Very cloudy dark yellow color, visible sediment, minimal head. Dots of lacing. Sharp carbonation. Light body. Nice, thin texture. Great lightly sweet aftertaste, perfect amount of spice. Vanilla notes. Really good, refreshing.

Color of fresh apple cider mixed with orange juice. It’s murky, making it hard to see the average carbonation with lots of yeast sediment floating on the bottom. Aroma is of Bavarian Yeast and a hint of citrus. It is smooth on the tongue, with orange and yeast. The first sip was slightly sweet. But as it warms the sweetness isn’t as noticeable. It’s medium bodied in the mouth and it reminds me of a German Hefe. Very smooth to drink. Glad I picked it up at Nikki’s Liquors in Providence, RI. Drank with AirForceHops-Of Course.

12 oz bottle, purchased @ Nikki’s Liquors in Providence, RI. REAL Hazy yellow nearly orange. Normal carbonation, with yeast floating around. Pleasant nose of Bavarian yeast and a bit of orange. A pretty good take on a German Hefeweizen. More citrus then clove, but still the body and yeast is right on the money. fF you like this style you should like this brew. Well made and has drinkability.

Bottle. Banana and slightly sour banana wheat aroma. Clear amber color with small head. Sweet-sour wheat malt and banana flavor with a hint of clove. Okay but my sample tasted a bit old - will have to try to find a fresher bottle.

(draft @ Melt Bar and Grilled - Cleveland Heights, OH) Hazy orange pour with almost no head and very mild carbonation. Very light aroma. Really had to search for any sort of clove or yeast in the nose. Flavor is a subtle and mild yeast, spice and wheat taste at the start but it disappears quickly and leaves really no aftertaste..

Pours a hazy dark yellow white with foamy white head. Aroma is damp dough and some spice - fairly uninspiring. Flavor is very typical banana dough with tad coriander and a few floral notes. For a beer that claims to be a "truly unique beer" this one definitely is not.

On tap into a pint glass. Appearance is a hazy gold with a one-finger sized white head. Aroma is all esters: banana, nutmeg, cloves, orange peels. Taste is sweet, fruity, and esters. Pretty solid beer, I don’t understand why it has such a low rating on here. Maybe I just got an awesome glass.

Orange coloured body, some white head. pleasant enough wheat aromas. Taste a bit orangey, cloves, bannana bread, and above average mouthfeel, although some carbonation offset. Decent drinkability, though not terribly. It’s the style but not the best representative.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2012 I am a big fan of this style so perhaps my standards or expectations are a bit too high but this one ended up disappointing me. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a murky apricot color with a small foamy white head that left some lacing. The aroma was tangy with moderate clove and a light tart and citric presence and a bit of an industrial undertone. The flavor was bready with moderate clove and light notes of bubblegum, coriander and cardboard. The finish was medium length dryish bread , clove and cardboard. Moderately full bodied. Uninspired.

Pours a orange color with a small white head. Aroma of coriander, yeast and wheat. Pretty smooth with a bit of bitterness at the finish. Not bad.
