COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bucket Head IPA is an aggressively hopped India Pale Ale. We believe that you should go big or go home. Therefore, we add Cascade, Centennial and Mt. Hood hops buckets at a time to make the biggest of our beers. This copper colored beer will start with a hint of sweetness, immediately followed with a punch in the mouth of bitterness.

Pint glass at Alamo Lake Creek- served a slightly turbid copper/amber color. 4mm white head formed and laced very nicely upon the vessel, aroma of hops by the wheelbarrow load, malt, and heart. Hits the mouth with a wide medium body, malt is tasty (!) and laced lightly with caramel, middle has the typical hop wave- even and very good size, finish is cloying and extremely acidic. The notes read,"Ya can’t do this at BAIT AND SWITCH FLIX!". Indeed.

On tap at the Phoenix Saloon. The look is clear, amber colored, and an ok cream colored head. The taste is hoppy, grass, pine, good, and caramel. The smell is the same.

Pretty typical color and head. A hodgepodge of hops. Some grainyness, notes of caramel. More on the stringent side of the hops, not super smooth. Light carbonation. Finish is bitter and long lasting.

Draught at Opal Divine’s Freehouse, Austin, Oct. 18. Pours a deep, bubbly orange with a small fizzy off-white head. Aroma of resiny and catty hops, grain and some fruit. Flavour of grain, caramel malt, resiny hops and a slightly harsh bitter finish. Average bodied. Meh, just alright.

On tap at thirsty planet tap room. Nicely hopped with the effect of floral and ester notes more than bittering. Drinkable, sessionable, but not that memorable. They should stop filtering their beer. Flavor is lost

carboloader (674) - Houston, Texas, USA - SEP 24, 2012
On tap at Petrol Station. Light orange with hop citrus nose. Grapefruit and some pine with a dank but nicely bitter finish. Very decent session IPA, but not over the top like some aggressive hop-mainly IPAs.

Pours dark copper. Floral hops on the nose. Grapefruit, mint, oak, nice hop finish. Really like this IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap. Dark gold pour w/ a tan head. Aroma is hops and citrus, with some caramel. Nice bitter, not as aggressive as the description might suggest, and a little sweetness. Flavors of grapefruit, citrus, just a little pine and caramel. Nice finish. A very drinkable IPA.
