3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Copper pour, no real head. Nose is light carmel malt. Bittersweet. Middle is nutty medium roasted malt. Finish has a slight hop spice to it. Very drinkable, went well with quail legs wrapped in bacon.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at Draught House. Pours a clear amber with medium creamy white head that lasts. The aroma is grain and bready malt. Thin mouthfeel with sweet fruity malt and nice crisp finish. Very good.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Medium amber color. Little white head. Pretty see through but its a marzen. The aroma is faint. Crystal malt? Its a darker beer with a smaller flavor... like a mildly malty beer, which is good because those super malty beer are annoying unless you’re a malt head but I’m a hop head. How’s that for a run-on sentence? This beer has full satisfying flavor but a roughness in the palate that’s out of character for the rest of it. Nonetheless, its an Oktoberfest to be easily enjoyed by those who love hops.
