0.5 bottle as 5 Stenøl. Clear, nice and light crimson color, white, medium, creamy head on top. Aroma is malt-yeasty, some dark fruits, caramel and basement aromas paired with some vegetable scents. Taste is well balanced in respect to bitterness and sweetness, with both being slightly predominant at different time. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation. Finish is medium in length, and rather average when it comes to taste, reintroduces some bitterish vegetable flavors. All in all the beer is pretty good, surprises with the vegetables at the end but pulls it off nicely.

High stiff head. Oaky aroma emphasized with hops and alcohol. Rich in flavor; nuts, dried fruit, floral sweet molasses. Soft feeling. Nice for a meal or on its own.

50 cl. bottle. Amber in color. Small head that disappears quickly. Lots of carbonation. Taste is strong, malty and bitter/sour-ish. Perhaps caramel. Taste stays around for a while. Not bad but not something I’m eager to try again.

(Bottle). Sweet aroma and flavor of malt with touches of fresh grassy hops. The alcohol is noticeable in the aftertaste, but is not completely pushy.

Amber colour and a wee tan head. Noses of dust, barnyard aromas, wet vegtables/malt. Hints of dried bread. Bit lively, medium body and medium sweet with some bitterness to it. Nicely balanced, slick developping an oilyness texture to it. Nice bit chewy finish. Can imagine going it well with game.

Hazy amber. Sweet malt aroma. Caramel, but the sweetness is quite balanced. Rather short finish.
