2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Brown creamy high and long lasting head (promising). Pitch black body (exited by now). Nice coffee aroma (I think this is it). Coffee flavor. Strangely light in spite of the high alcohol percentage. I cannot explain why but it seems to lack som body.

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Very heavy and creamy, almost fat porter. It is the absolutely heaviest danish porter i’ve tasted. It reminds me a bit of Brooklyn Brewery Black Chocolate Stout. It is definetely not a beer for unexperienced beer-drinkers, and most women too, i think. The aftertaste is powerful like the rest of the beer, which is very hoppy, but also marked by the alcohol.
Behind all the liquorice, bitter chocolate and the light smokeyness, i noticed some woody plants, but exactly what it was, i don’t know.
