The color is clear golden with a fading white head. Smells like a typical pilsner with a little hops and applejuice. Tastes sweet of applejuice with a little aftertaste of hops.

Bottle. 5.0%. Best before 18.06.13. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow with a white head. Good lacing. Sharp, tart and sweetish aroma with notes of hay and cereals, and a vague elderflower note. Flavour is pretty much the same, with the elderflower note being marginally more outspoken here, but still pretty vague. Light citrusy hop note in the background. Feels a bit cloying and somewhat fat. Metallic finish with a lingering dry and tart note. A bit of apple as it warms. Overall not that well-made, and is a bit surprised at how little elderflower is in it. 25.04.13.

Shared 500 ml bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård. ABV is 5.0%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma of elderflowers, herbs and dust. Fresh, crisp and refreshing pilsener flavour with notes of elderflowers, but otherwise quite dry. A nice summer lager.

Shared 50 cl bottle courtesy of Sigmund. Clear golden body with a white film. Light malts, boiled carrots, mellow hoppy notes along with elderberry flower on the nose. Dry and sharp medium bodied beer with pungent juicy elderberry flavors

0.5 bottle. Clear, dark golden color, head is substantial in size but really thin and meek. Nose is very sweet and dominated by tropical fruits as well as some floral scents, mostly elderflower. Sweet taste, again fruitiness and floral hints accompanied by some hay and a drop of honey. Definitely unbalanced but quite enjoyable to be frank. Body is light to medium, texture slick and carbonation slightly below average. Finish is medium in length and simply follows the taste. All in all the beer is pretty fine, but one has to realize that most of its pleasant taste comes from the elderflower extract, and not craftsmanship

Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with unstable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hop. Mild flavour of hop and, rather disturbing, elderflower. Dryish finish and watery mouthfeel. Drinkable.
