COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

330ml bottle from the Irma supermarket at Illum, central Copenhagen. Deep, dark brown body with a russet glint. Bubbly, beige head. Mild aroma of earthy, dark malts, slightly roasted. Roasted dark caramel malts mixed with dark fruits in the taste character. Distant bitter tail. Satisfying Christmas feel (Tromsø, 25.12.2011).

0.33 bottle. Rich aroma of roasted sweet malts, caramel and some cinnamon. Dark scarlet to light brown color, clear, topped with a nice brownish head. Taste is simple, light sweet although turns bitter with time. Medium body and slightly sticky texture. Rather soft carbonation and bitterish finish. Overall a nice beer, nothing special though.
