Reddish brown, beige head. Nice sweet aroma with notes of caramel. Flavour is quite sweet too but also very spicy. The first impression was quite disappointing but the beer improved quite a lot. Don’t do drink it too cold. The finish is surprisingly dry and bitter with some citric notes (not like American hops though). Interesting stuff but I definately think the Limfjordporter is better even though the label claims that "Klemme" thinks this is his best beer yet.

DWFADSJT; Bottle 50 CL. Poured clear dark brown with a moderate lasting, frothy, off-white head. Nose is moderate to heavy, Christmas spice, moderate toasted malt, caramel, rasin, light yeast and dust. Taste is heavy sweet and light bitter with a warming, Christmas, lasting finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Sweet, warming Christmas.

Beautiful, almost creamy foam and a rich aroma of malty caramel. It is a distinctly bock, with its crisp fullness of little caramel, fruit, roasted malt tones and good hoppy bitterness in the end, certainly meets all bock beer lover’s expectations. This time is also seasoned in a way that suits Christmas. Light notes of clove and a little citrus is to find together with the hoppy aftertaste. I highly recommend this stone beers I so far have tasted from Thisted. They are all of high quality.

Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is caramel. Taste is pretty sweet with a long lightly bitter finish, but it’s well balanced. Pleasant feeling in mouth, maybe a bit oily. Soft carbonation. A good christmas beer.

Bottle from local supermarket, 8.0% ABV. Pours clear brown with a small beige head that quickly disappears but leaves some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, sweet caramel, some licorice, some hops. The taste is very sweet, balanced with a moderate bitterness. The palate is smooth, medium body and carbonation. Nice, easy to drink, but a bit boring.
