Brygget er tilsat kandis i lagertanken for at fremme en yderligere gæring.
Brygget af bygmalt, hvedemalt, kandis og humle.

Bottle. Aroma of fruits and hops. Ambercolour with beige head. Malt and brown sugar in flavour twisted with some nice bitter hops. Easter is pain, sorrow and sweetness as very well expressed in this brew.

bottle from bilka one stop, fields. Design as the label pictured on ratebeer, but a square label. 0.5L bottle. alc % is now stated as 8.0. clear amber, smooth beige head. aroma is caramelly, slightly hoppy bitter, slighly herbal or metallic, faint flowers, but basically caramelly and herbal-bitterhoppy. flavor is bitter caramelly, quite distinct herbal and metallic note, more metal towards the end, sugary sweetness. Bottled. A dark amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of hops, caramel, and grapefruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, and grapefruit, leading to a bitter and hoppy finish.

Bottle. A clear, dark amber beer topped by a finger-thick, off-white to light beige head. Nice, citrusy, piney and pineapple aroma with maltyness in the back. Hints of alcohol as well. Rather sweet on the palate, full-bodied and slightly warming. Bitter and caramel sweet flavor with pinecones and some dried fruits. Bitter finish with the same fruity sweetness found initially. A rather decent beer that I can’t really see as an Easter beer, but it’s nice anyway. 110612
